While remaining an Association at its core, the Advocates’ Tax Bar Association steers away from the concept of a “collaboration of District Tax Bar Associations ” and is presently open to membership of Advocates who have a regular practice of Law.

We at ATBA have a collective vision of protecting rights of advocate and working closely for their upliftment. ATBA strive for reserving litigation as the sole right of advocate and condemns other persons who are trespassing this privileged profession.
There are some issues which affects entire country and may be solved by the Governments only; we have formed this Association to address such issues and we shall do this with your help only. We will establish our offices at every District & State/Union Territory. We shall also establish our Zonal offices in five Zones, viz. North, South, East, West & Central.
We are non-profit organisation committed for the welfare of legal feternity.
We are representing the issues of Advocates before State & Central Governments.
This is a very good platform for sharing Knowledge in legal field.
We are providing legal assistance to the needy through our expert penal.
Our expert team is preparing and publishing literature on various legal provisions.
We are raising issues of Advocates through Social Media and building support for the same.
This is an effort to build the biggest digital platform for the legal personal.
Add members in the Association to make it biggest platform of Advocates.
District Executive Committees shall be established in every district of the country.
There will be a State Executive Committee in every State and Union Territory.
There will be five zones in the country North, South, East, West & Central.
This is the highest body in the Executives.
